Questions answered with a number from running infrastructure rather than from repetition. Every figure carries its as-of date, its window, its sample size and a link to the method, and every gap says which source is not producing.

How to cite a figure
Every measurement on this site is dedicated to the public domain under CC0. Quote it, chart it, put it in a paper — no attribution is required, though each page carries a citation string if you want one.
Quote the as-of date with the figure. These are measurements of a moving network and a number without its date is a number that will be wrong within the week, which reflects on whoever quoted it rather than on the measurement.
